إن شركة Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft المسجلة بتاريخ 19/12/1995، تحت رقم 987 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/5/2021، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10649/2021، بأنها قد عينت، بموجب سند توكيل مؤرخ في 5/2/ 2021، Rudiger Arnold Geis كممثل لها في لبنان مع منحه التوكيل في الاول من آذار 2021، والإجازة له بالقيام بالأعمال القانونية اللازمة المتعلقة بالمكتب التمثيلي للمصرف في لبنان. يبقى سند التوكيل المشار إليه أعلاه ساري المفعول حتى إبطاله خطيا من قبل المصرف.
