إن شركة Milestone Systems A/S المسجلة بتاريخ 18/2/2015، تحت رقم 2801 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/6/2021، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12396/2021، بأنها قررت، بتاريخ 24/3/2021، عزل أي مفوض بالتوقيع و/أو مدير عام سابق للمكتب التمثيلي للشركة في لبنان، وتعيين السيد Johan Beernink مديرا عاما لهذا المكتب ومفوضا بالتوقيع بالنيابة عنه، مع منح المدير الجديد الصلاحيات اللازمة.
