ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ مدينة بيروت رقم 998/م تاريخ 14/4/2021،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُـين السيد خليل محمد العيتاني، بإعتباره أول الخاسرين في حي الـمصيطبة ــ مدينة بيروت، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد محمد علي أحمد العانوتي، وذلـك لإتـمـام مـدة الـولايـة.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
