ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/4719 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 1278/4 تاريخ 20/10/2021،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد اياد جمال ابو هميا، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة كامد اللوز، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد احمد علي صاطي، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
