إن الـمدير العام للتعاونيات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 2182 تاريخ 18/8/2015 (تعيين الـمدير العام(،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 17199 تاريخ 18/8/1964 (قانون الجمعيات التعاونية) لا سيما الفقرة الخامسة من الـمادة 49 منه،

بناء على اقتراح الدائرة الإقليمية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تُحلّ الجمعية التعاونية الزراعية العامة في السماعية م.م. الـمؤسسة بموجب القرار رقم 172/2ت تاريخ 28/11/2002 والـمسجلة لدى الـمديرية العامة للتعاونيات تحت الرقم 1100/1، وتعين السيدة هدى عباس مصفيا لها، وتعطى الصلاحيات اللازمة لإجراء التصفية.

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُبلّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
