إن شركة Allergan Pharmaceuticals International Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 24/1/2017، تحت رقم 2878 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 14/1/2022، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 255/2022، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار خطي صادر عن مجلس إدارة الشركة بتاريخ 10/9/2021، إغلاق مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، ويسمح بهذا الإغلاق من النواحي كافة، بما في ذلك إيقاف عمل المكتب التمثيلي في لبنان بتاريخ 1 شباط 2021 وإغلاقه وحله وإلغاء تسجيله. كما تقرر تخويل السيدة جانيت ملحم نصار وتفويضها بكل الصلاحيات والحقوق المطلوبة للتصرف نهاية عن الشركة بغية حل المكتب التمثيلي المذكور في لبنان وإغلاقه وتصفيته وشطب تسجيله.
