قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/1/2022، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 442/2022، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر بقرارات الشريك الوحيد الصادر بتاريخ 4/8/2020، اغلاق مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان وشطب تسجيله لدى السلطات اللبنانية.
