إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

وحيث ان مجلس بلدية القليعه - قضاء مرجعيون قد فقد أكثر من نصف عدد اعضائه،

بناء على كتاب محافظ النبطية بالتكليف رقم 390 تاريخ 23/3/2022،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية القليعه - قضاء مرجعيون - محافظة النبطية منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام مرجعيون القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية القليعه حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
