إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته، لا سيما الـمادة 20 منه،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 811/ب تاريخ 13/6/2022،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

عن السيد كلود ميلاد فارس بإعتباره أول الخاسرين في بلدة سن الفيل / حي جسر الباشا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد يوسف طانيوس ابي نادر، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
