ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 1940/ب تاريخ 10/8/2022،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية بر الياس ــ قضاء زحلة ــ محافظة البقاع منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ البقاع القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية بر الياس حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
