إن الشركة الدولية للصناعات الدوائية والكيماوية والـمـسـتـلـزمـات الطبية ذ.م.م. الـمسجلة بتاريخ 28/11/2016، تحت رقم 2872 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 9/5/2022، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3939/2022، بأنها قررت، بتاريخ 17/4/2022، قبول استقالة السيد محمد سريج من منصب مدير مكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان والـمؤرخة في 4/2/2022، وتعيين السيدة ميرنا وليد يوسف كمديرة جديدة للـمكتب التمثيلي الـمذكور اعلاه مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة وفقا للوكالة الـمنظمة بهذا الخصوص بتاريخ 17/4/2022 .
