إن شركة ABB Global Marketing FZ--LLC الـمسجلة بتاريخ 28/2/2011، تحت رقم 2605 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)
قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/5/2022، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3985/2022،
بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار الـمساهم الوحيد في الشركة الصادر بتاريخ 25/3/2022،
إقفال وشطب مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، كما وتكليف السيد داني بو هدير القيام بعملية الإقفال الـمذكورة.
