إن شركة ARK Group DMCC الـمسجلة بتاريخ 23/1/2017، تحت رقم 2876 (بالتسجيل( في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع(

قد صرحت بتاريخ 4/10/2022، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7231/2022، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الـمساهم في الشركة، الـمنعقد في 2/9/2022، تعيين السيد نزار عبد الغني اللاظ مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان الـمسجل تحت اسم ARK GROUP DMCC LEBANON ، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة. كما تقرر إبقاء السيد ALISTAIR JAMES HARRIS مديرا مساعداً لفرع الشركة في لبنان دون أي تعديل بصلاحياته.
