إن شركة Societe pour l'Exportation des Produits Nestle S.A. الـمـسـجـلـة بــتــاريـــــخ 10/12/1956، تحت رقم 222 (بالتسجيل في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات) (فرع(،
قد صرحت بتاريخ 18/10/2022، بموجب كتاب مـسـجـل لـديـنـا بالـرقـم 7493/2022، بأنه، وفقا للقرار الـمعمم الصادر عن مجلس إدارة الشركة، اتخذ مدراء الشركة بالإجماع، القرار الساري الـمفعول بدءا من 1/9/2022، بإلغاء الصلاحية الـممنوجة الى السيد نعمة الله يونس بتاريخ 1/4/2019، والـمتعلق بفرع الشركة في لبنان، كما والقرار الساري الـمفعول بدءا من 1/9/2022، بتعين السيدة هلا قاروط مديرة عامة للأعمال /مديرة الفرع اللبناني للشركة.
