ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على احـالـة مـحـافـظ لبنان الشـمـالـي رقـــم 170/إ/2022 تاريخ 21/4/2022،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد بدوي وديع وهبه الدويهي بإعتباره أول الخاسرين في بلدة زغرتا حي الصليب الشمالي، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد رشيد خليل معوض، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
