إن شركة ClinArt FZ--LLC الـمسـجـلـة بتاريخ 7/6/2013، تحت رقم 2725 (التسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،
قد صرحت بتاريخ 14/12/2022، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8844/2022، بأن الجمعية العامة للشركاء قد قررت، في 15/2/2022، تغيير اسم الفرع من ClinArt FZ--LLC إلى «سي تي اي لخدمات التجارب السريرية والخدمات الاستشارية، منطقة حرة ذ.م.م. ــ لبنان"CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services FZ, LLC -- Lebanon"
