ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على احالة محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 1191/إ تاريخ 28/9/2022,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد الياس روفايل الشويفاتي بإعتباره العضو الإختياري الاكبر سناً في بلدة الـمغر وبلا ــ قضاء بشري مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد جرجس نعمة الله الشويفاتي وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
