ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب مـحـافـظ عكار رقم 591/ب تاريخ 28/9/2022،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على إقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية خريبة الجندي ــ محافظة عكار منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ عكار القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية خريبة الجندي حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
