إن وزير العدل،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقــم 65 تــاريـــخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء الـمقدم من الخبير السيد جهاد جوزف قبيطر والـمتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع الـمحاسبة ــ محافظة جبل لبنان الـمسجل برقم 422/ق تاريخ 8/3/2023،

بناء على موافـقـة مجـلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريـخ 14/3/2023،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب اسم الخبير السيد جهاد جوزف قبيطر من جدول الخبراء الـمحلفين لدى الـمحاكم فرع الـمحاسبة ــ محافظة جبل لبنان بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
