ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021، (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب محافظ بعلبك الهرمل رقم 1494/ب تاريخ 12/10/2022،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية عرسال ــ قضاء بعلبك ــ محافظة بعلبك الهرمل منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ بعلبك الهرمل القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية عرسال حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
