ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على كتاب محـافـظ لبنان الشمالي رقــم 19822/ب/2022 تاريخ 14/11/2022,

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُعتبر مجلس بلدية كفريا ــ قضاء الكورة ــ محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه،

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام الكورة القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية كفريا حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
