ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 539/ب تاريخ 17/5/2023,

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته,

بناء على إقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين ,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يُعتبر مجلس بلدية العاقورة ــ قضاء جبيل ــ محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حـكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه،

تعدل الـمادة الثانية من القرار رقم 645 تاريخ 24/5/2023 الـمتعلق بحل مجلس بلدية العاقورة ــ قضاء جبيل، ليصبح على الشكل التالي:

ــ يتولى قائمقام جبيل بالإنابة القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية العاقورة بدلا من قائمقام جبيل بالتكليف حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدية جديد.

والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
