ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الإختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 375/ب تاريخ 8/5/2023,

بناء على إقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

عُيّـن السيد ريشارد فريَد الخوري باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سناً في بلدة سوق الغرب، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد ادمون مخايل الصليبي وذلك حتى إتمام مدة الولاية

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
