ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021، (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الإختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 293/ب تاريخ 15/3/2023,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد علي نمر عواد، باعتباره الخاسر الوحيد في بلدة علـمات/ الحي الجنوبي، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد حميد كميل عواد وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
