إن وزير العدل،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقـــم 65 تـــاريــخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي(،

بناء على الاستدعاء الـمقدم من الخبير السيد فيليب نسيب الزغبي والـمتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة الـمدنية ــ محافظة جبل لبنان الـمسجل برقم 450/ق تاريخ 13/3/2023،

بناء على موافـقـة مجلـس القضاء الأعلى بـتـاريـخ 23/3/2023،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب اسم الخبير السيد فيليب نسيب الزغبي من جدول الخبراء الـمحلفين لدى الـمحاكم فرع الهندسة الـمدنية ــ محافظة جبل لبنان بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
