إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 537/ب تاريخ 17/5/2023,

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالإنابة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُعتبر مجلس بلدية القصيبة ــ قضاء بعبدا ــ محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه،

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ جبل لبنان القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية القصيبة حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
