بتاريخ 19/5/2022، نُشر في الجريدة الرسمية في العدد 22، في الصفحة 1037، علـم وخبر رقم 3241 ــ فـي التـعـديـل ــ صـادر عـن دائـرة الشركات بتاريخ 16/2/2022، يتعلق بشركة Nokia Solutions and Networks GmbH & Co KG. ، أفاد بأن هذه الأخيرة قد قررت، بتاريخ 15/10/2019، إلغاء تسجيل فرعها في لبنان ...إلخ،

وحيث أنه، لدى قيام دائرة الشركات بالإجراءات الإدارية الروتينية التي تلي إصدار أي علـم وخبر، تبين لها عدم وجود قيد لفرع الشركة الـمنوه عنها أعلاه، وإنما يوجد قيد لفرع شركة أخرى تحمل نفس الاسم مع اختلاف بسيط يكمن في شكل/نوع الشركة،

قررنا الرجوع عن العلـم والخبر رقم 3241 ــ في التعديل ــ الـمتعلق بشركة Nokia Solutions and Networks GmbH & Co KG. لأنه يتضمن إثبات إقفال فرع شركة غير مفتوح أصلا.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا القرار.
