إن شركة Nokia Solutions and Networks Branch Operations Oy الـمـسـجـلـة بــتـــاريـــخ 1/2/2005، تحت رقم 2367 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/12/2022، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9161/2022، بأنها تقيم وتعين كلا من السيدة رانيه كساب والسيد روجيه الغريب ممثليها القانونيين وذلك لإدارة فرع الشركة في لبنان، ليقوما بالاتحاد بتمثيل الفرع، مع منحهما الصلاحيات اللازمة الواردة في سند التوكيل الـموقع في 8/11/2022، والـذي يـكـون ساريا اعتبارا من 1/1/2023 ولغاية 31/1/2024 إلا إذا تم إلغاؤه قبل ذلك من قبل الشركة.
