30/9/2010، تحت رقم 2582 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل(

قد صرحت بتاريخ 23/2/2023، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 680/2023، بأنها قد قرَّرت، بموجب محضر اجتماع لـمجلس الإدارة الـمنعقد بتاريخ 15/11/2021، إقفال وإنهاء وشطب فرعها في لبنان ووقف جميع أنشطتها اعتبارا من تاريخ الـمحضر الـمشار إليه أعلاه، وتعيين السيد روفايل رشيد غنام مديرا لها الفرع، بدلا من السيد نبيل إبراهيم برهون، للقيام بهذا الإقفال، مع منح السيد غنام الصلاحيات الـمطلقة لهذا الغرض.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
