ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقـم 526/ب تـاريـخ 1/8/2023

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُعتبر مجلس بلدية الـمجدل ــ محافظة عكار منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه،

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ عكار القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية الـمجدل حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

يُنشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
