إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الإختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على إحالة محافظ البقاع رقـم 867/4 تـاريـخ 13/6/2023,

بناء على إقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُينت السيدة نوال غطاس موسى، باعتبارها العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة عيتنيت، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد غسان يوسف الكوكباني وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
