ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على احالة محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 670/إ تاريخ 26/7/2023,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد ميلاد انطون حلبوتي، باعتباره أو الخاسرين في مدينة الـميناء، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد اسعد جوزيف عازار، وذلك حتى إتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
