إن شـركـة IPG Photonics (Italy) S.r.l. الـمسجلة بـتـاريـخ 23/12/2010، تحت رقم 2593 (بالتسـجـيـل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لـدى دائـرة الشـركـات (فرع(

قـد صـرحـت بـتـاريـخ 20/7/2023، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2972/2023، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجـتـمـاع مـجـلـس إدارة الشركة الـمنعقد بـتـاريـخ 16/9/2022 إنـهـاء الأنـشـطـة في لبنان بحلول 31/12/2022، وبالتالي إغلاق الفرع في لبنان بحلول 31/12/2022، جراء بيع خطوط إنتاج نقل بيانات الألياف البصرية للاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية في آب 2022 . وتقرر تصفية الفرع الـمذكور أعلاه وتعيين السيدة صديقة شبارو مصفيا لهذا الفرع وتفويضها بجميع الصلاحيات للقيام بجميع الإجراءات اللازمة لتصفية الفرع في لبنان.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
