إن شـركـة ARK Group DMCC الـمسجلة بـتـاريـخ 23/1/2017، تحت رقم 2876 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع(

قد صرحت بـتـاريـخ 22/8/2023، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4496/2023، بأنها، بعد أن أخذت علـما باسـتـقـالـة السيد نزار عبد الغني اللاظ، من منصبه كمدير لفرعها في لبنان، قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الـمساهم في الشركة، الـمنعقد بـتـاريـخ 1/7/2023، تعيين السيد ليروي تايلور لونغ Leroy Taylor Long مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان الـمسجل تحت اسم ARK GROUP DMCC LEBANON ، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة. كما تقرر إبقاء السيد ALISTAIR JAMES HARRIS مديرا مساعدا لفرع الشركة في لبنان دون أي تعديل بصلاحياته.
