إن شـركـة CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services FZ, LLC الـمسجلة بـتـاريـخ 7/6/2013، تحت رقم 2725 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع(،

قد صرحت بـتـاريـخ 22/8/2023، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4511/2023، بأن الجمعية العامة للشركاء قد قررت، في 4/8/2023، تصحيح الخطأ الـمادي الوارد في محضر قرارات الشركاء بـتـاريـخ 15/2/2022 والـمتعلق باسم فرع الشركة في لبنان باللغة العربية بحيث يكون اسم الفرع: «سي تي اي للتجارب السريرية والخدمات الاستشارية، منطقة حرة ذ.م.م.» كما هو محدد في الرخصة التجارية الخاصة بالشركة، علـما بأن تعديل الاسم باللغة الإنكليزية ورد صحيحا في الـمحضر الـمشار إليه أعلاه، أي: {CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services FZ, LLC}
