إن شـركـة ديار للتطوير ش. م. ع. الـمسجلة بـتـاريـخ 17/11/2004 تحت رقم 2313 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشـركـات )مـكـتـب تـمـثـيـل(

قـد صــرحت بـتـاريـخ 5/9/2023، بـمـوجـب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4906/2023، بأن السيد عامر عايد سالـم الزعبي، وبـصـفـتـه وكـيـلا عـن الشـركـة، قـد قـــرر، بـتـاريـخ 4/8/2023، إقفال مكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان، كما وإلغاء كافة التعيينات التي قامت بها الشركة لـممثلين لها في لبنان، وإلغاء كافة الوكالات والصلاحيات الـممنوحة منها سابقا إلى ممثليها في لبنان بخصوص مكتب التمثيل، وتحديدا إلغاء تعيين السيد زاك شاهين مدير ا لـمكتب التمثيل وكافة الصلاحيات الـممنوحة له.

إشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
