إن شـركـة Aviat Networks (S) Pte. Ltd الـمسجلة بـتـاريـخ 31/7/2008 تحت رقم 2469 (بالتسجيل( في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائـرة الشـركـا ت (مكتب تمثيل(

قـد صرحت بـتـاريـخ 3/10/2023، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5803/2023، بأنها قد أعادت تعيين، بموجب القرار الصادر بـتـاريـخ 5/7/2023 عن مجلس الإدارة، السيد سامر أ. سلطان كمدير لـمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، اعتبارا من الأول من حزيران 2023، للقيام بالواجبات والـمسؤوليات كما هو موضح بالـملحق الـمرفق ربطا بالقرار الـمشار إليه أعلاه، لفترة محدود مدتها عام واحد.
