إن شـركـة Organon Central East GmbH الـمسجلة بـتـاريـخ 24/9/2020، تحت رقم 2991 (بالتسـجـيـل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بـتـاريـخ 15/12/2023، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7708/2023، بأنها قد عينت، بموجب سند توكيل صادر في شباط 2023، السيدة منال دهيني وكيلة قانونية لها، كـي تـقـوم عنها وباسمها ومكانها بجميع أو أي من الأعمال والـمسائل والأشياء الوارد ذكرها في سند التوكيل الـمشار إليه أعلاه نيابة عنها في لبنان. يـكـون هذا التوكيل صحيحا اعتبارا من 8/2/2023 حتى 31/12/2026، ما لـم يتم إلغاؤه مسبقا من قبل الشركة بإشعار خطي. ويحل هذا التوكيل محل جميع التوكيلات الصادرة سابقا والـمتعلقة بهذا الخصوص.
