إن حاكم مصرف لبنان بالإنابة،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 الـمتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما الـمادتين السادسة عشرة والثامنة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 13521 تاريخ 12/1/2023 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2023،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة الـمصرفية العليا رقم 8/1/24 تاريخ 12/1/2024،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة جورج مكرزل وشركاه للصيرفة» الـمسجل في اللائحة الـمذكورة تحت رقم 673.

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
