إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على كتاب محافظ بعلبك الهرمل رقم 1469 تاريخ 28/11/2023,

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُعتبر مجلس بلدية حزين ــ قضاء بعلبك ــ منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه،

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ بعلبك الهرمل القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية حزين حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
