إن محافظ جبل لبنان,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 2075 تاريخ 20/12/2017 (تعيين الـمحافظ(,

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 116/59 تاريخ 12/6/1959 (التنظيم الاداري العام(,

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112/59 تاريخ 12/6/1959 (نظام الـموظفين(,

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقـم 111 تـاريـخ 12/6/1959 (تنظيم الادارات العامة) والـمرسوم التطبيقي العائد له الصادر بالـمرسوم رقم 2894 تاريخ 12/6/1959,

بناء على مقتضيات الـمصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

يمدد التفويض الى رئيس مصلحة زراعة جبل لبنان صلاحية منح الاجازات الادارية والصحية والعائلية واجازات الامومة للعاملين في هذه الوحدة وذلك لغاية 31/12/2024،

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
