الـمرجع: القرار رقم 36/2024، تاريخ 15 أيار 2024 (تبنيد رقم 892) مذكرة رقم 1168­3376/2024، تاريخ 22 أيار 2024

إشارة الى الـموضوع والـمرجع الـمنوه بهما أعلاه، ولاحقا للقرار 36/2024، تبنيد رقم 892، وللـمذكرة رقم 1168ــ3376/2024، تاريخ 22 أيار 2024، ولحسن تطبيق التبنيد أعلاه، قرر الـمجلس في جلسته الـمنعقدة بتاريخ 24 أيار 2024، ايضاح ما يلي:

ان السيارات السياحية الهجينة الجديدة والـمجهزة معا بمحرك بنزين ومحرك كهربائي والـمنصوص عنها في نص الـمادة الاولى من القرار رقم 36/2024، تبنيد رقم 892 على لائحة التبنيدات الصادرة على اساس تعريفة الرسوم الجمركية وفقا للنظام الـمنسق الـمرفق ربطا صورة عنه، على الشكل التالي:

MILD HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE MHEV PETROL(P360 8;P400--3.0Litre--6 cylinder)

V8 MILD HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE MHEV PETROL(P530 8;P535 8;P615 8;P635--4.4Litre--8 cylinder)

هي تعود لطراز سيارات: Range Rover ، Range Rover sport ، Defender 90 ، Defender 110 ، Defender 130 .
