ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على إحالة محافظ النبطية بالتكليف رقم 1405 تاريخ 8/11/2023,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد علي خليل لزيق، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة الدوير، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد حسن محمد حطيط، وذلك حتى إنتهاء مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
