ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على القرار الصادر عن وزير الداخلية والبلديات رقم 45 تاريخ 17/1/2024 الـمتعلق بإستحداث بلدية جديدة في قضاء عاليه تسمى (بلدية العزونية),

بناء على مقتضيات الـمصلحة العامة وتسيير الـمرفق العام,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُكلـف قائمقام عاليه بالإنابة السيدة بدر زيدان القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية العزونية الـمستحدثة وذلك حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي فيها.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
