إن وزير الزراعة،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/09/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على القانون الصادر بالـمرسوم رقم 31 تاريخ 18/1/1955 (تحديد مهام وزارة الزراعة(،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقــم 97 تــاريــخ 16/9/1983 (دمج مؤسسات عامة بوزارة الزراعة وإعادة تنظيم الوزارة) وتعديلاته،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة وتحديد ملاكها) وتعديلاته،

بناء على القانون رقم 778 تاريخ 28/11/2006 (قانون الحجر النباتي وتدابير الصحة النباتية(،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يلغى القرار رقم 573/1/2023 تاريخ 18/12/2023 (أخضاع تصدير البصل إلى إذن مسبق) وتعديلاته.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ من يلزم.
