ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جيل لبنان برقم 1606/ب تاريخ 22/7/2024،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُـيّـنـت السيدة سامية ضاهر مرشد باعتبارها العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة عميق ــ قضاء الشوف، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد ميشال شفيق ريشا وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
