ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات ,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة) ,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته ,

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقــم 1386 تــاريــخ 14/8/2024 ,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين ,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد علي محمد غية باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة تكريت ــ محافظة عكار ــ مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد محي الدين بهاء الدين طالب وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
