إن شركة Siemens Energy Global GmbH &Co. KG الـمسجلة بتاريخ 2/9/1990، تحت رقم 2990 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 22/4/2024، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3404/2024، بأنها قد منحت سند توكيل، بتاريخ 20/2/2024، إلى كل من السيد حسان (محمد منير) إبراهيم الدرة، كمدير عام لفرع الشركة في لبنان، والسيد Marco Dieter Hartreiter ، كمدير إداري للفرع الـمذكور، ليقوما بالاتحاد، بتمثيل الشركة في كل زمان ومكان في لبنان، وللـمحافظة على مصالحها في كل الـمواضيع، وليشغلا ويديرا بالاتحاد شؤون وأعمال الفرع في لبنان. تبقى هذه الوكالة صالحة لغاية 28/2/2025 .
