إن شركة TUV HELLAS (TUV NORD) OF INSPECTIONS ATTESTATIONS AND QUALITY ASSURANCE S.A. الـمسجلة بتاريخ 25/6/2001، تحت رقم 2169 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/5/2024، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2711/2024، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة الـمنعقد بتاريخ 6/3/2024، وبالاجماع، حل فرع الشركة في لبنان، وتعيين السيدة شادية مبارك كممثل قانوني للشركة وتفويضها في عملية الحل الـمذكورة أعلاه وللتصرف نيابة عن فرع الشركة في لبنان، مع منحها جميع الحقوق والصلاحيات التي تعتبر ضرورية لحل الفرع الـمذكور.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
