إن شركة Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft الـمــســجــلــــة بــتـــاريــخ 22/9/1956، تحت رقم 219 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 14/5/2024، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2893/2024، بأنها قد فوضت، بتاريخ 31/1/2024، السيد إبراهيم دريان بصفته مديرا عاما للـمبيعات في لبنان والأردن، وفوضته تمثيل الشركة، ومنحته الصلاحيات اللازمة. إن هذا التفويض يبقى ساريا حكما، على ألا تتجاوز مدة صلاحيته تاريخ إنتهاء عمل السيد إبراهيم دريان لدى الشركة أو انتهاء عمله في الوظيفة الـمحددة أعلاه.
